意見陳述の終結部における会話参加の様相 ─ 意見交換の深まりとの関連に着目して ─
본 연구에서는 의견교환회화의 심도 요인을 탐색하기를 위해, 의견 진술의 종결부에 있어서의 청자로서의 반응을 중심으로 분석했다. 그 결과 의견 진술의 종결부 패턴으로는 반응-발화 취득형, 반응-발화 계속형, 제로-발화 취득형, 제로-발화 계속형으로 네 가지가 있는 것이 알게 되었다. 그리고 각 패턴별 출현률을 분석한 결과 심도가 있는 걸로 판단된 의견교환회화에서는 화자의 의견 진술에 대해, 청자가 어떤 형태든 반응을 제시하고 그 후 청자가 대화를 이루는 경향이 있는 것이 알게 되었다. 회화 예에서는 의견 진술에 동의를 나타낸 후 같은 의견인 것을 자세하게 진술하거나 의견 진술에 대해 이해를 나타낸 뒤 그 의견을 더 엄밀히 검토하기 위해 정보 요구를 하거나 하는 상호 대화가 보였다. 한 편, 심도가 없는 걸로 판단된 의견교환회화에서는 특정한 경향이 안 보이고 의견 진술에 대한 반응이 없는 제로 형 회화 패턴도 보였다. 회화 예에서는 청자가 의견 진술 중 일부를 다루었기 때문에 본제에서 논리적으로 벗어나는 현상 및 청자가 반응을 하지 않았기 때문에 의견 진술이 회화 흐름에서 고립되어 버리는 현상이 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과에서 상대방의 발화를 요약하거나 상대방의 발화에 대해 자신의 입장 및 견해를 반응으로 제시하는 것이 청자로서의 중요한 역할임이 시사되었다.

Nature of Participation at the End of the Statement of Opinions : Focusing on the Depth of Discussion
This study was an analysis, mainly of the reactions of listeners towards the end of the statement of an opinion by a speaker, to explore the factors that lead to the development of discussions. The study found that listeners displayed four patterns in relation to the last portion of the statement of an opinion: the reaction-taking type, the reaction-continuation type, the non-reaction-taking type, and the non- reaction-continuation type. Moreover, the rates at which these patterns occurred were further analyzed. Some of the reactions of the listeners to the speakers’ statement of an opinion and the tendency of listeners to engage in consecutive dialog in the case of discussions are deemed to be developed. The examples of dialogs highlight the extent to which the listeners agree and this is followed by a detailed explanation of the reason for their agreement and their understanding of the opinions that were stated. The, they express their requests for information to enable them to study the opinions more carefully. On the other hand, for the non reactiondialog pattern, neither a particular tendency nor any reaction to the statement of an opinion was observed, in which case no discussions were deemed to have developed. Consequently, the essential role of a listener is to summarize the speaker’s opinions and to express their reactions to the speaker’s opinions by including their own position and perspectives.
